Jean Frazier-Lee![]() Founding Member, Co-Director Jean, has won awards for such past roles as Aunt Martha in Arsenic and Old Lace, Queen Gertrude in Hamlet, and Catherine of Aragon in Henry VIII.. One of the highlights of Jean's life was auditioning and being accepted into the Stella Adler School of Performing Arts at NYU. Unfortunately, lack of funding made it impossible for her to attend. Jean studied Theatre Journalism, Speech Communications, and radio/television production in high school and college. She created and, for eight years produced, and hosted “The Dixie Hour”, a weekly radio program which aired for over 25 years at KSDS Jazz 88.3 in San Diego. She honed her vocal skills reading the News as well as doing voice-over for radio promos and public service announcements. She also wrote, produced, directed, or acted in several television public service spots. Since moving to the Seattle area, Jean is co-founding Director of Anastasis Productions. Since 2002, she has been seen on stage at Saturday Night Life, a comedy dinner theater at their local church in Kent, WA. Here she may become any number of zany characters, |
